True Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) is prized worldwide for its delicate, sweet flavour and thin, easily-crumbled quills — quite different from the harder, stronger cassia cinnamon sold in most supermarkets. We grade our cinnamon sticks from Alba (the finest, palest grade) through to C4 and C5, and also offer it ground into powder. Use the sticks to infuse curries, teas, and mulled drinks, or the powder in baking, desserts, and spice blends. All our cinnamon is grown and processed in Sri Lanka, the plant's original home.
