These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ceylon Spice Haven website and order form, and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
Ceylon Spice Haven (Pvt) Ltd is a spice business based at 11 Fife Road, Colombo 05, Sri Lanka, selling ground spices, whole spices, Sri Lankan spice blends, international spice blends, and herbs & speciality products, both retail and bulk, through our website and online order form.
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but natural variation in colour, texture, and appearance is normal for whole and ground spices. Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may change without prior notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time your order is confirmed.
An order is a request to buy, not a guaranteed sale. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we're unable to verify a payment. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we'll refund you in full.
We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment through our payment gateway (PayHere), which supports local cards and bank transfers. All online payments are processed securely by our payment provider — we do not see or store your card details.
We deliver within Sri Lanka. Delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary due to location, courier schedules, or circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you once delivery is completed to the address provided.

The Ceylon Spice Haven name, logo, product photography, and website content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
We take care in preparing and packing every order, but to the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that can't be excluded under Sri Lankan law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
