Ceylon Spice Haven (Pvt) Ltd operates the e-commerce website www.ceylonspicehaven.lk, selling premium Ceylon spices, herbs, seasonings, and curated gift boxes to customers in Sri Lanka and internationally.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) for local customers and USD/GBP/EUR for international customers.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
  • Order confirmation is sent via email. This does not guarantee dispatch until payment is verified.

4. Payment

  • We accept payments via PayHere (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Genie, FriMi, EzCash) for local customers and PayPal for international customers.
  • All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
  • We do not store your card details on our servers.
  • Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed and dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Local orders within Sri Lanka are delivered via registered courier within 2–5 business days.
  • International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or equivalent courier services and may take 7–21 business days depending on destination.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, adverse weather, or carrier disruptions.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Product Information

  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, weights, and images.
  • Natural spice products may vary slightly in colour, aroma, or appearance due to seasonal and origin-related factors. This does not constitute a defect.
  • Products are packaged to food safety standards and comply with Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) requirements where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on www.ceylonspicehaven.lk, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Ceylon Spice Haven (Pvt) Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
